Speed / Mobility Class

Swing Sync offers mobility classes that focus on enhancing the physical capabilities of golfers. These classes include exercises, drills, and movements designed to improve flexibility, stability, and functional mobility specific to golf.

Students can expect to see an increase in swing speed that equals more distance while improving swing path.

Trackman Practice Sessions

Practice between lessons using Trackman and other training aids, students can continue progress and reinforce the techniques learned during their lessons. Trackman  practice sessions enable students to receive immediate feedback on their swing mechanics, ball launch conditions, and other important metrics.

The ability to track and analyze data from each practice session can help both the student and the instructor monitor progress over time. It allows for a more targeted approach to instruction, as specific areas for improvement can be identified and addressed.

Events

Swing Sync organizes events that can cater to various needs and interests. These events may include corporate events, women's-focused events, golf clinics, networking sessions, and more. The goal is to create engaging and meaningful experiences for participants that combine golf, wellness, and professional development.

Golf Schools

Golf schools are a great option for students who want it all now. Over a one, two or three day school students will receive technique, mental and speed/mobility training. Schools are designed to meet the needs of the group or individual. School dates are by request only.

Club Fitting

Carrie understands that whether you are a beginner or season veteran of the game having the right equipment matters. If the golf club is too long or heavy players are at risk for injury and developing bad habits. Having custom clubs does not have to break the bank, Carrie can help students get the equipment they need while working with their budget.
